What are your views on the general principles of the Bill and the need for legislation to deliver the Welsh Government’s stated policy objective (to make the Senedd a more effective legislature by ensuring it is broadly representative of the gender make-up of the population)?

This Bill sees to allow men to self ID as women - a total arrogant position that undermines the struggle women have made in society over decades to fight for our own rights.  Sex is more important that gender.  Being a woman is not a feeling.  It's our whole being, growth, experience.  Not merely just saying someone is a woman.

What are your views on the system of enforcement and potential sanctions for non-compliance proposed in the Bill?

Political parties should have people standing on their own merits, and not be stated gender  or how they self-ID.  This is not what we expect from elected officials.  They should be elected and voted in on their merits, capabilities, and experience - not gender.  Whilst women's rights should be protected, this is by sex and not gender.

Are there any potential barriers to the implementation of the Bill’s provisions? If so, what are they, and are they adequately taken into account in the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment?

We just want the best people for the job regardless of gender, religion, sexuality etc.  I also want elected members to have NO vested interest and who best represent the people.  Plus these consultations need to be listened to.  Gender is a meaningless concept except to people who say they have one.  Sex is real.  Do not try and sneak in self-ID through this back door of this Bill.  Women are not listened to at the best of times, so the ones who are elected, need to be there on merit, and not on filling quotas, or men who "feel" they are women.  This makes a mockery of sex.

Are any unintended consequences likely to arise from the Bill?

This will not promote genuine equality for women if self-identifying men say they are women - they do not have lived in experience of women.  Instead, look at what is preventing young girls from moving forward in society - and you'll find that is the fact we are not listened to at school, overlooked in work promotions, gender-pay gap.

What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?

Stop wasting money on gender quotas and look at the real issues faced by women in society - by teaching young boys in school how to behave.

What are your views on the balance between the information contained on the face of the Bill and what is left to subordinate legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate legislation appropriate?

Do you have any views on matters relating to the legislative competence of the Senedd including compatibility with the European Convention on Human Rights?

Senedd must not legislate.

Do you have any views on matters related to the quality of the legislation, or to the constitutional or other implications of the Bill?

Are there any other issues that you would like to raise about the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum or any related matters?

Anything else?
